As the number of carbon fibre bikes in the market increases, the issues of how to look after these high performance machines becomes more important. Raoul Luescher, the director of Luescher Teknik Pty Ltd, which designs, manufactures, inspects and repairs composite bikes and components will show you what to look for and how identify damage to a carbon fibre bike component. Raoul will also highlight some common problems, how these can be rectified and dispel some myths on the highest performance material currently used in the bike industry.

Gemini Bicycles is an Australian owned bicycle supplier which has been operating in Australia since 1980 and in New Zealand since 1999. Gemini developed its own extensive range of bikes during the 80's and made its mark in the days when BMX and MTB were being pioneered.
